Our Return Policy

Return Policy - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 5 Days of receiving your order, you may request to make a return.
Special Orders and Custom Made items are not returnable, unless there is a error on our part.
All returns, except special orders and custom-made orders, are at the discretion of the supplier.  All returns must be in new, clean, unstained, undamaged, unused and in saleable condition, including original packaging and paperwork, for a refund. A 25% Restocking fees may apply on any return. All returns to be shipped UPS or FEDX ground with tracking number supplied. Returned items must be received for credit with 8 days of issuance of RGA number. Return or original shipping not credited. No C.O.D.s. We are unable to accept returns of any item that doesn't meet our return policy or items where a returned is requested more than 5 days after delivery.

Product Returns - All returns require an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) in order for us to accept shipments.
Shipments without RGA #'s clearly marked on the outside of the box will be returned to the sender.

Any custom-made products are not returnable.

Cancellation of an Individual Item or Complete Order - We can cancel any item that has not gone into production (Custom Made) or has not yet been shipped. Any custom-made merchandise, already in production, will be shipped to the customer. We will need to confirm that it has not yet shipped. All returns require an RGA # in order for us to accept shipments. Shipments without RGA #'s clearly marked on the outside of the box will be returned to the sender.

Exchanges - If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.

Credits - The credit card originally used will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs and any restocking fees. Your credit card will be credited when The Bug Shield by Armadillo has received and processed the returned item (s). You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your return and your credit amount. We cannot issue credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. All returned items will be examined upon receipt. If the item is not in new, clean, unstained, undamaged, unused and not in saleable condition, including original packaging and paperwork or does not meet the return conditions, we will be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement, and the product will be shipped back to you.
